Fostering Family Leaders Program
The Fostering Family Leaders (FFL) program, initiated by the United Way of Greater Atlanta, is a parent leadership academy designed to empower parents and caregivers as advocates, decision-makers, and community leaders. Launched in 2014, the program offers a series of workshops and training sessions that focus on enhancing leadership skills, fostering community engagement, and strengthening family dynamics. Throughout the program, participants engage in activities that promote self-reflection, community involvement, and the development of actionable plans to address local issues.
